Each part of an order – from fabric selection to finishing – is linked to specific machines. Production orders are scanned at different points, so the team always knows where an order is in the production process.
“We have centralised everything. From incoming orders to invoicing. This allows us to work much faster and keeps delivery times under control.”

Whereas many software packages do not sufficiently reflect the reality of a production workshop, Decoloop does fit in seamlessly with Harotex’s requirements. Thanks to the industry knowledge of the Decoloop team, Harotex did not have to completely overhaul the process, but only made slight adjustments. The result? “We partly adapted our process to the software, but that has actually created more control. We can move faster and keep track of everything.”
